Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik. Mampu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja tim. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving. Menguasai Microsoft Office dan administrasi/reporting. Bersedia bekerja mobile dan melakukan monitoring di lapangan.
Job Description: Mengarahkan dan mengawasi kinerja tim. Memastikan pencapaian target sesuai KPI. Melakukan briefing, coaching, dan evaluasi tim. Monitoring kedisiplinan dan aktivitas anggota tim. Memastikan operasional berjalan sesuai SOP. Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan kinerja tim. Menangani serta menindaklanjuti kendala operasional.
