Payor • Melakukan rutinitas Up-load data ke sistem ADCPS dan bank setiap harinya (daily) terkait pembayaran claim • Melakukan rutinitas report Pembayaran (daily) • Melakukan rutinitas penarikan data pembayaran (monthly) • Melakukan feedback dengan memberikan jawaban problem solving terkait pertanyaan pembayaran dari klien dan provider melalui media via telepon dan email
