Job Description: Trainer : • Memberikan pelatihan tentang pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan kemampuan produk untuk tim ritel dan dealer. • Melakukan evaluasi pelatihan. • Melakukan riset pasar. • Bertanggung jawab untuk melatih dan memberdayakan anggota tim Honor Field Force dan staf pengecer pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penjualan mereka. • Membuat rencana kerja harian dan mingguan. • Mengembangkan materi & laporan pelatihan. • Memantau kinerja promotor di dalam toko dan berkoordinasi dengan wilayah untuk meningkatkan penjualan regional. • Mencakup pelatihan untuk toko Non-BA
