Job Description: 1. Maintain and organize IT operations documentation, including asset inventories, maintenance logs, and vendor records. 2. Prepare and manage reports, meeting minutes, and technical correspondence as required by the IT Operations Manager. 3. Coordinate schedules for maintenance activities, system upgrades, and vendor visits. 4. Assist in processing procurement requests for IT equipment, software licenses, and services. 5. Track and update IT asset movement (deployment, repair, replacement). 6. Support the preparation of budget reports, expense claims, and payment documentation. 7. Maintain records of service agreements, warranties, and renewal schedules. 8. Facilitate internal communication between IT teams and other business units.
